My initial role is usually to ensure that timely and accurate information is provided to senior management. This forms the basis for a strategic plan which I finalise and agree with senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Typically this process will identify issues with which senior managment require assistance to resolve. Frequently these would include, shortage of funding, grant applications, inadequate controls and IT, production and marketing constraints. Using my 25 years experience at finance director and CFO level, I secure solutions for these problems.

I work with the senior management team/directors to develop strategic plans and make decisions based on a thorough understanding of the business. The work often involves some element of fundraising to support growth plans.
