I help companies which are members of international groups to manage implementation of significant changes such as start-ups, mergers, divestitures and IT projects. In addition I frequently lead small finance teams in such companies during transition.
Many of my clients are international financial services companies including international banks and insurance companies (life and general). I help businesses who are facing challenges with their finance & Information Systems. This ranges from short/medium term cover for Maternity / Illness /other gaps in personnel to larger scale projects involving system selection and implementation, accounting process efficiency, outsourcing etc.

A Chartered Accountant I also have a Diploma in Management from the Irish Management Institute. I am an accredited Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma. My degree is in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. In addition, I was involved with the Chartered Accountants Ireland Leinster Society Committee, serving as Chairman.
Eugene has over 30 years’ experience as a board member and senior executive working with major international companies. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland with broad business expertise in many areas including Commercial, Operations and Finance. He also holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
Eugene has successfully raised funding for start-up ventures and has proven ability in turnaround situations turning inefficient and unprofitable units into profitable industry/sector leaders. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills to interact at all levels of management including managing external stakeholders.
